While we're not an emergency hospital, we're equipped to handle critical situations and offer immediate care for your pet's well-being.

Surgery
Whether your pet requires a routine procedure or complex surgery, you can trust our experienced veterinary team to provide compassionate care and expert surgical expertise.
X-Rays
X-rays are invaluable tools in veterinary medicine, providing detailed images of your pet’s internal structures to aid in diagnosis and treatment. We offer both full-body and dental X-rays to ensure comprehensive care for your furry family member.
Dental Cleaning & Health
Did you know that dental disease is one of the most common health problems in pets, affecting up to 80% of dogs and 70% of cats by the age of three?
Our dental cleaning services are designed to keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy, ensuring a lifetime of good oral hygiene. Regular dental cleanings are essential for preventing dental disease and maintaining your pet’s overall health and well-being. By addressing dental issues early, we can help prevent pain, infection, and other serious health problems down the road.

Rebecca Lussier, DVM
Partner Veterinarian
Dr. Rebecca Lussier graduated from Kansas State University in 2011, realizing a dream she had since the age of five. Following veterinary school, she completed a small animal internship in Massachusetts, focusing on internal medicine and emergency medicine.
With extensive experience caring for dogs and cats, Dr. Lussier also has a passion for wildlife rehabilitation, particularly enjoying her work with squirrels. Her approach to veterinary care emphasizes owner comfort, practical medical knowledge, and the use of fear-free techniques to make visits productive and stress-free. She firmly believes in the importance of prevention, emphasizing the need for up-to-date vaccinations, comprehensive parasite control, and routine lab work to detect issues early.
Dr. Lussier builds strong relationships with clients and their pets by listening carefully and observing interactions between owners and their animals. She shares her home with a two-year-old island dog from Puerto Rico, a twelve-year-old cat named Scrabble, and a seven-year-old ferret named Bean. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching Netflix documentaries.
Dr. Lussier is also the founder of Squirrel Run Wildlife Rehabilitation Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating wildlife. Looking ahead, she aims to prioritize teaching and mentoring fourth-year veterinary students and early-career veterinarians. Reflecting on her career, she cherishes memorable first experiences, such as her initial spay surgery and her first cancer diagnosis, each shaping her as a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian.
To stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine, Dr. Lussier actively participates in local and national continuing education events. She advises pet owners to keep their pets’ preventive care up to date for optimal health.
