When our vet was closed, they made time to see us, with a new puppy. They listened to our concerns and instead of waiting it out, did some testing that allowed quicker treatment. Welcoming when you enter, are available to answser questions. You will be part of your pets health care decision making process. We did switch the care of our pets to Hometown. Truly appreciate the respect, care and kindness of the entire team.Thank you!

I’m so very pleased with Hometown Vet. I work at a local vet myself but on the weekends we arnt open so once my cat was sick, I called them up and they were able to fit me in same day. They were very informative and friendly and gave me extra advice that was super helpful. They were very nice to my cat as well. Dr. Cerulli is awesome and I forgot my techs name but she was so kind too. Thank you guys for helping me out!

Dr. Cerulli (sorry if misspelled) and her tech are amazing. My vet of 20 years couldn’t fit me in but these people did. Gave me options that fit with what I could afford. Also emailed me more information because it was a lot to take in at the time. Listened to me. Took wonderful care of my dog. Their setup looked like a living room which was more comfortable for my dog. My dog got laser treatments on both her legs. I’m switching to Hometown. Marley with her doggles.

Everyone at Hometown Vet has been so kind, caring, thoughtful, and supportive to me and my pets. I have been to so many different veterinary offices in the past and each has been... found wanting. Hometown Vet Partners has made my experience(s) with them so easy and relaxed that I am sure this will be my...Hometown Vet!

We came here because our last vet was less than subpar. The people here are so polite and educational, they made sure we could address all of our concerns snd answered any questions we had. Our dog, Rocky, has allergies that affects his skin and makes him itchy, the vet was very helpful in educating us on possible reasons and what we can do to help him whereas our last vet just told us to give him benadryl. They were also very sweet to our boy as they gave him his shots as he was very nervous. Overall i absolutely loved my experience here and i encourage others to bring their fur babies here!

I had to send my fur baby across the Rainbow Bridge today, this was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do but I'm glad I found Hometown Vet and Dr.Cerulli. She helped my Rollie Bear be as comfy as possible and made her transition painless and dignified. She was a true angel to us both💖While losing your fur baby is a nightmare scenario, I'm glad Hometown vet was here to help her move on peacefully~

My cat showed signs of a UTI which meant she needed a same day appointment, on a Saturday, after noon! All the factors that would normally mean going to emergency care. Which I was ready to do.I was so glad I discovered Hometown before I went to the animal ER. I was able to get her in right away. They were great, a very friendly staff and a nice facility. They were patient and sweet with my nervous kitty. They provided me with educational materials and info going forward for bladder health. They didn't charge a same day appointment or emergency fee.Its so great to have a vet open past noon on a Saturday. It would be wonderful if vet offices could have shifts like factories since pets don't only need help during office hours. I've paid the high fees emergency vets charge but those fees can prevent people from seeking care - at the risk of the pet. Maybe someday we'll see this change, but until then, I'm very pleased Hometown sees a need to be open later on Saturdays. That really helped us, and my cat is doing so much better because of them.As they grow, it would be great if holistic/alternative/Chinese medicine and treatments could be added to their care options some day. They'd have bases covered then.Thank you Hometown!

Dr. Katie was instrumental in providing care and support to our sick cat. She was able to be both compassionate and understanding of our situation while also clearly explaining every option we had. She made a tough time in our lives much less burdensome. I would recommend her and her colleagues to any fellow pet-owner.

Peaceful Passing & Grief Support

Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult decisions you may ever have to make, and we’re here to support you and your pet through this emotional journey. Our peaceful passings and grief support services are designed to provide comfort, compassion, and dignity to both pets and their families during this challenging time.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic testing plays a crucial role in identifying and treating health issues in pets. At our hospital, we offer a range of diagnostic tests to accurately assess your pet’s health and guide treatment decisions.

In-House Pharmacy

We have an in-house pharmacy to provide quick and timely access to your pet’s prescriptions.

Spay & Neuter

These procedures offer numerous benefits for both pets and their owners, contributing to a healthier, happier pet population and reducing the number of homeless animals.

Spaying and neutering are surgical procedures performed under anesthesia by our experienced veterinary team. Our team will discuss the associated benefits for your pet and walk you through each step of your pet’s care.

    Urgent Care

Our veterinary hospital provides life-saving procedures during our open hours, serving pets experiencing urgent symptoms such as coughing, ear infections, growths, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, poisoning, scooting, cuts or lacerations, eye infections, limping, persistent scratching, rashes, and urinary issues. While we're not an emergency hospital, we're equipped to handle critical situations and offer immediate care for your pet's well-being.

    Kitten & Puppy Care

Our veterinarians will provide you with a comprehensive vaccination schedule, parasite evaluation and prevention plan, along with heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.  They will also discuss spaying or neutering, along with other important topics to support your pet’s health.

    Vaccinations

Vaccinations are a crucial part of your pet’s care plan, providing protection against serious and potentially life-threatening diseases.  You can expect our veterinarians to discuss the core vaccines recommended for all pets, along with a customized vaccination plan that is tailored to your pet’s age, lifestyle, and risk factors.

      Cancer Care

Our veterinarians are experienced in diagnosing and evaluating treatment options for your pet should a cancer diagnosis occur.  These options may include care in our hospital or in some cases, consultation or referral to a cancer specialist.

      X-Rays

X-rays are invaluable tools in veterinary medicine, providing detailed images of your pet’s internal structures to aid in diagnosis and treatment. We offer both full-body and dental X-rays to ensure comprehensive care for your furry family member.

      Dental Cleaning & Health

Did you know that dental disease is one of the most common health problems in pets, affecting up to 80% of dogs and 70% of cats by the age of three?

Our dental cleaning services are designed to keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy, ensuring a lifetime of good oral hygiene. Regular dental cleanings are essential for preventing dental disease and maintaining your pet’s overall health and well-being. By addressing dental issues early, we can help prevent pain, infection, and other serious health problems down the road.

      FAQ

What animals do you see at Hometown Veterinary Partners?

Currently, we specialize in serving our feline and canine friends. Typically, we refer birds, exotics, and pocket pets (hamster, guinea pig, rabbit, chinchillas, gerbils), and other small pet patients to the nearest hospital that specializes in their unique care. If you have any questions or concerns about the care of your pet, please don't hesitate to call us for guidance and referrals.

What types of payment do you take?

We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) at the time of service. Payment plans are available through Scratch Pay. Feel free to contact us with any payment inquiries. We apologize for the inconvenience, but cash and checks are not accepted.

How is Hometown Veterinary Partners different from traditional veterinary practices?

At Hometown Veterinary Partners, we're focused on pets and people. We understand the importance of building strong relationships with both our clients and our team members. That's why we strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment where veterinarians can thrive and provide the highest quality care for your pets. Founded by individuals who left corporate veterinary practices behind, our organization is driven by a commitment to fostering a culture of empowerment and support.

      Do you offer cat-only rooms?

We understand that cats have unique needs and can often feel stressed or anxious around dogs. To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for our feline friends, our larger locations offer cat-only exam and treatment rooms. These rooms are designed to provide a peaceful and safe space for your cat, free from the presence and smell of dogs.

For our locations that do not have cat-only rooms, we use a low-stress handling approach including pheromone diffusers, and minimizing wait times and interactions with dogs. If you are concerned about your cat's anxiety, contact our hospital and review our tips to help reduce your cat's anxiety during transport and visits to the vet.  Tips on transporting your cat to the vet

      Are you a corporation?

At Hometown Veterinary Partners we are not a corporation. Our entity is set up as a partnership, founded by individuals who have transitioned from corporate veterinary practices. We are driven by a commitment to fostering a culture of empowerment and support, aiming to provide the best possible care for your beloved pets.
