In the past I’ve had to travel up to 15-20mins with a hollowing cat in my front seat. For me to make it here is now a 5 minute drive which is amazing. Dr Chiu and the entire staff are passionate, kind and welcoming. I rescued a baby kitten 2weeks ago and was recommended to follow up with my local vet. Since the last place I took my other cat was a bit of a drive & their hours weren’t convenient for my work schedule I found this office and decided to take a chance on them. I am so happy I did 🙌. Dr Chiu answered all my questions about my new baby was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle with her and made the experience calm and smooth for us both. I definitely will continue to make this office my primary vet for both my babies from now on. Thank you all for your commitment to animals and for your kindness. Binx & I are grateful for you all ☺️

I had originally chosen another veterinary office and even had the paperwork ready for when the time came to lay the love my life to rest. When the time actually came this was the only place I wanted him to go. The entire staff was very kind and caring not only with us but with him. Dr. Q was more than amazing. She was went above and beyond explaining everything and being there with us. No one judged us for our emotions and we left maybe not with our dignity but knowing he moved on with his. We can not thank you enough for being there for us when we had trouble being there for ourselves and caring for Mr. Clifford respectfully.

Our experience here was excellent both times so far. Dr. Chiu is very friendly and caring along with all of the staff members. They will listen to your concerns and don't rush you and make you feel welcome. They did very well with my overly anxious dog and approached him slowly and with care. The office is also clean and well maintained. I'd Highly recommend.

I unfortunately did not get to see much of this clinic, but my sweet Willa was taken here in an emergency as they were the closest vet to me and she was not well. She ended up passing away, but they stayed after with me to allow me to say my goodbyes and helped me in the hardest time. They don’t have an email for me to send a thank you, so hopefully this can be passed on. I appreciate everyone involved and those that were there when she passed. Thank you for trying to save my girl ❤️Here’s a picture of her as her healthy happy self

      FAQ

What animals do you see at Hometown Veterinary Partners?

Currently, we specialize in serving our feline and canine friends. Typically, we refer birds, exotics, and pocket pets (hamster, guinea pig, rabbit, chinchillas, gerbils), and other small pet patients to the nearest hospital that specializes in their unique care. If you have any questions or concerns about the care of your pet, please don't hesitate to call us for guidance and referrals.

What types of payment do you take?

We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) at the time of service. Payment plans are available through Scratch Pay. Feel free to contact us with any payment inquiries. We apologize for the inconvenience, but cash and checks are not accepted.

How is Hometown Veterinary Partners different from traditional veterinary practices?

At Hometown Veterinary Partners, we're focused on pets and people. We understand the importance of building strong relationships with both our clients and our team members. That's why we strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment where veterinarians can thrive and provide the highest quality care for your pets. Founded by individuals who left corporate veterinary practices behind, our organization is driven by a commitment to fostering a culture of empowerment and support.

      Do you offer cat-only rooms?

We understand that cats have unique needs and can often feel stressed or anxious around dogs. To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for our feline friends, our larger locations offer cat-only exam and treatment rooms. These rooms are designed to provide a peaceful and safe space for your cat, free from the presence and smell of dogs.

For our locations that do not have cat-only rooms, we use a low-stress handling approach including pheromone diffusers, and minimizing wait times and interactions with dogs. If you are concerned about your cat's anxiety, contact our hospital and review our tips to help reduce your cat's anxiety during transport and visits to the vet.  Tips on transporting your cat to the vet

      Are you a corporation?

At Hometown Veterinary Partners we are not a corporation. Our entity is set up as a partnership, founded by individuals who have transitioned from corporate veterinary practices. We are driven by a commitment to fostering a culture of empowerment and support, aiming to provide the best possible care for your beloved pets.
